Yngwie J. Malnsteen or Michael Angelo Batio?
Yngwie, definitely... MAB's technique is kind off off, Yngwie's music sounds more natural and his technique is the stuff of legends. Black Star is the most important neo-classical metal track of all time, IMO, while Batio just has weird gimmicky shred (put on a Nitro or any MAB album besides No Boundaries and you'll see that I'm right).
