What company makes these two apps?
Hi,
I am helping my wife and her business partner build a website for their wedding invitation business. I'm somewhere between a beginner and an intermediate web designer. When it comes to Flash integrating with databases, I'm out of my league. My PHP skills are rudimentary as well. When I hit a wall, I usually just buy pre-made forms from companies like Coffee Cup.
My wife really, really wants two forms that are on her competitor's website. I can't find these forms pre-made anywhere. So I'm assuming they're hard coded. Do any of you know a company that makes pre-made forms like this that I can buy? I contacted Coffee Cup and nothing that they sell comes close. Or would I need to build them from scratch? Those two forms are just basic HTML controls in a table. They then use JavaScript to make it do some of the more interesting things. I just viewed their page source...that you can easily do in IE or FireFox by right clicking on the page and hitting "view source" or "view page source".
I don't know of any companies that make forms like that but those forms shouldn't be very hard to re-create. The worst part about it will be the JavaScript for the calculator...and even that isn't that bad.
If you happen to know some VB or C# you could also accomplish making those forms in ASP.Net. Which is Microsoft's web development technology / language.
Hope that gives you a place to start researching on how to re-create these forms.
