It's a complete POS, a toy shaped like a guitar. Buy a guitar at a music store and nowhere else. Not from the internet and not from a big box store like Target or Best Buy. Only from a guitar store.
Accept the fact that it's going to cost you upwards of $200. Spend less and you're getting something that's going to hold you back.
By the way - don't buy a classical guitar unless you're interested in playing classical music. Otherwise get a steel string guitar.
