Which one of these two guitar packages would be better for a beginner?

After asking around yesterday I found these two packages and was wondering which one was better

The first package and the second package are pretty much the same guitar, however the first package has a better amplifier in my opinion.

The amplifier in the first package is a 10?

The amplifier in the second package is a 1?
